When the Body Whispers is a book about learning to listen before health breaks down. Drawing on my years as a GP, my training in neuroscience and integrated medicine, and my own lived experience, I explore how subtle signals such as fatigue, tension, changes in sleep, and dips in mood are the body’s early language of imbalance.
The book weaves science and story, showing how stress, trauma, and hidden inflammation shape our physiology, and how awareness, rest, nourishment, and connection can restore balance. It offers both reflection and practical guidance, helping readers tune in, respond with compassion, and build stronger foundations for resilience.
